1. Who you are buying from
Every product on Moxify — memberships and mod files — is sold and delivered by MoxTech World, a sole proprietor registered in the United Republic of Tanzania (“we”, “us”). We are the sole seller. The names shown on product pages are credited contributors who are paid by us; they do not sell, invoice or receive payments from you.
2. What you buy
- A membership pass — prepaid, fixed-length access to our own mod library (1 day, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days). It is not a subscription: nothing renews itself, nothing is charged automatically.
- A mod file — a digital download unlocked by an active membership.
Buying again simply adds time to the access you already have. Prices are the ones shown at checkout in your currency.
3. Payments
Card and international payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; the name on your statement is the provider's, and their terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment itself. Mobile-money payments (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halo Pesa) are collected locally and are confirmed on your Moxify account. We never see or store your full card number or your mobile-money PIN.
4. Delivery
Delivery is automatic. As soon as the payment is confirmed, membership is activated on the Moxify account used at checkout — seconds, not hours. If your account is not activated within 30 minutes, write to support@moxtech.world with the payment reference and we will fix it.
5. Your account
One membership is for one person. Do not share the account, the launcher or the mod files. We may suspend an account that is shared, resold, or used to redistribute our files. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
6. Acceptable use
Moxify and our mods are for single-player use in Euro Truck Simulator 2. Do not use them in online or multiplayer services (including TruckersMP) if those services prohibit modified game clients. Reverse engineering, re-uploading, reselling or circumventing the licence check is not allowed and ends your access without refund.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Availability and changes
We keep the launcher and the mod files working with the game versions we list. Game updates by SCS Software may interrupt mod support for a short time while we update; we aim to restore support quickly and will tell you on the site when a version is unavailable. We may change or retire individual mod files; an active membership keeps working for the rest of its period.
9. Liability
Moxify is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory Tanzanian consumer law.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. We will always try to resolve a dispute by email first; if that fails, the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction.
